Okay the Stratford Half Marathon in dangerously glorious sunshine (don't panic - I drank!).

I did not get the time I wanted....But I got a new PB...

1:33.38 for 119/1821 which put me in the top 6.5%

sub 1:30 to be honest, but it wasn't ever gonna be on as the start was so congested and by the time I got to 10k i was already over 2 minutes off pace so i thought best to just try to keep the hammer down and get what I get!
