Feeling bit rough on this one today.

Didn't put the extra Dartmouth route into it. Bit of a headache and feeling roughish after Chinese last night- not good to run on, although did taste okay last night!

Bit drizzly this morning which combined with the motorway lights etc lit up the footpaths in a shiny, reflective way through the valley. Quite cool really. Had the headtorch (in me hand!) but didn't need it that much. Not bad run, just a bit heavy.

Now just got to eat and get through the day, also heavy!
